Now, I also found online a few sites that supports this movement and even a couple that call this whole movement a scam (like this one: http://helpfreetheearth.com/news461_thrive.html) now, as an observer my job is to watch and report, so I watched the movie and enjoyed it, many parts of it I already knew from many different sources, I wasn't blown away but that is only because i am swimming in this type of media for many many years, I believe to a new awaken soul this might be a blast to the core, which is good, better now then never, we are energy and we need to get back to our roots, roots of peace and happiness and brotherly love, simple acceptance and spiritual awareness, so, my suggestion is, don't listen to me, watch the movie and do your own research on the subject.

As you know I have been swimming for a decade now in different aspects of today's off stream media concerning different issues ranging from conspiracy theories to quantum physics and assorted topics which I am fascinated in and cant get enough of.

I started this blog to share my inner core and slowly realized that I am using it more to share powerful pieces of information which touched me more then others, specially subjects that are not viewed by main stream media or outcast by it. I am extremely effected by the changes of time and as I grow older I find more and more parts of the missing puzzle I was given when I was a young boy. as the time goes by I get wiser and more alienated simply because I follow a higher calling of deep desire for my quest of truth.

basically I want to share what I see in front of me and since I get hit in the face every now and again I accept the changes and go with flow, funny enough the so called flow is mostly upstream and against the current. I believe it's my duty to report these changes and let you be the personal judge of your life, so pay attention because there is a war on your mind.

So, what do we have today? GLOBAL WARMING! yes, I am sure you heard that one before but have you really looked deep into it or do you follow what the the world of media is shoving you in the face? I for one am not taking the easy way out and blaming humanity for global warming, C02 is not to be blame on people and by far driving the 3rd world countries into darker times will help in any form whatsoever. there are deeper issues here and they should be investigated deeply before blaming any fingers.

This next piece of cinema is all about that, a new documentary titled 'The great global warming swindle' is a beautiful, simple piece of truth which shows clearly how foolish we can be and how the main stream is driven by money making machines that constantly is on the lookout for better ways of nailing the nails in our coffins.

The Great Global Warming Swindle is a polemical documentary film that suggests that the scientific opinion on climate change is influenced by funding and political factors, and questions whether scientific consensus on anthropogenic global warming exists.

The film, made by British television producer Martin Durkin, presents scientists, economists, politicians, writers, and others who dispute the scientific consensus regarding anthropogenic global warming. The programme's publicity materials assert that man-made global warming is "a lie" and "the biggest scam of modern times." Its original working title was "Apocalypse my arse", but the title The Great Global Warming Swindle was later adopted as an allusion to the 1980 mockumentary The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle about British punk band the Sex Pistols.

The UK's Channel 4 premiered the documentary on 8 March 2007. The channel described the film as "a polemic that drew together the well-documented views of a number of respected scientists to reach the same conclusions. This is a controversial film but we feel that it is important that all sides of the debate are aired."[5] According to Hamish Mykura, Channel 4's head of documentaries, the film was commissioned "to present the viewpoint of the small minority of scientists who do not believe global warming is caused by anthropogenic production of carbon dioxide."

The film's critics argued that it had misused and fabricated data, relied on out-of-date research, employed misleading arguments, and misrepresented the position of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Later broadcasts corrected three errors which had been found in the original film. The film's producer, Martin Durkin, has asserted that the errors were minor and did not affect the film's conclusions.

In an age of nuclear power we tend to forget it comes with a cost, that cost is nuclear waste, and today there is plenty of it on this revolving planet. Not to mention our ever increasing hunger for energy and economic growth we are only creating more and more problems our future generations will have to burden with.
'Into Eternity' is a fantastic, inspiring and mind boggling documentary about this issue at hand, the safety of nuclear storage. an issue not many know anything of, the movie is soft in it's kind but disturbing in it's vague conclusion, it has an abstract feel to a very serious matter, it's very documented and a very beautiful way of displaying a man made structure of immanence magnitude. i highly recommend it.

Let me tell you one thing, when I was a little boy all I ever wanted is to ride my bike as fast and as far as I can, that's pretty much what I can remember from those days. I see kids today and new parents and I feel a little itch in my belly when I notice how much money one needs to have to invest in today's latest attractions, so many games, toys, technologies and such, I really don't get it, do we really need all of that? our kids? have we become a mad nation of obsessive consumerism? Being an artist is no picnic kids!
From my own perspective it's probably the best and worst choice I ever made in this life time, to follow my heart to the very end of the universe, alone or with the rest of the world, the choice to find different creative ways to express my inner core is what I wake up in the morning for, and the more I dive into myself the more tools and ways to express myself and connect to the world pops out, it's all I care about and it's what I decided to do with all of my time.

it's been 10 years since I stared to dive into the spiritual world. it's been the same amount of time since I learned about the changes one can apply on the self, the ability to see clearly what makes us tick, what makes us feel and react the way we do, I notice that with meditation I actually found my true self.

for many years now I have drifted from the social ring I used to dominate, I faded away, I figured that people change and sometimes they don't but you do and you simply don't function equally as you used to around them, I believe everyone can identify with this matter.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't lose the spark of life or the buzz of madness or the need to socialize and be a part of society, it's just that I realized that in my youth I really needed social acceptance and when I was left alone to my thought I would go crazy, I would fear my own mind and would do anything possible to not face them, I would run and hide and use any substance available to keep them thoughts and feelings away, the only Way I would be able to even tell you that I love you was when I was totally drunk or stoned out of my mind, and my gosh, was I ever drunk and stoned.

today, not using these substances I find myself alienated in many occasions, most of the time I bring it on myself and find a way to simply walk away from lack of interest or sheer boredom, I learned to value my time and to spend it wisely on the things that make me happy and can bring a positive outcome to myself and hopefully to my close surroundings, I sure do try and I am positive about the fact that most of the people I call my friends thinks I am a little weird, it's ok, I can live with that, there is always love under the table and you can be sure that the next time you look into my eyes you will see something special that took me 10 years to find for myself.

So, I am like the calm of the hurricans's eye, I am ready to take on the world and I will do it gracefully and without a notice, sometimes I am indeed a storm in the making but the past years I learn to shine bright with almost a transparent quality, well, if you see me on stage you will understand the value of incognito atom bomb, like a flower, I am like a ghost, unnoticed till I open up and show you what I am all about....

So..

it's time, no more kaka poopoo mister nice guy, watch the lines, keep inside, sit down and wait kind a shell of a man. it's time to stand up and out, with no audience, with no need of acceptance, with no desire to be approved, just you, just me, just myself expressing my being for the sheer pleasure of self awareness thru art and music.

what's the point to do things for the respect of other, do we live for acceptance? do we do the things we do for appreciation from a follow man? can we enjoy our own doings for only us to see? is there a point to keep secretes? your best work yet? your master piece? collecting dust in the basement...

why am I here? why cant I stop doing those things that I call mine? if I take a picture and no one will ever sees it, will I still love it? will I look at it again? or the fact that someone hates it or loves it makes me feel alive?

Powerful question for a late night session.
I am laying on the floor for hours now, listening to Patti smith talking about NY city and the speed of thing that happened in her life, she moves in a mystical way...

I lay down for hours, looking at the ceiling, letting my mind expand on passing words and sounds, I understand that most of the things I do are to please another, my expectation are far beyond realization, I am a dreamer but lately I would love a cup of reality. simplicity, aloneness drives me to enjoy my own company, I should be my best friend, you should too.
Imagine humans happy doing their hearts desire without the need to be approved by another, unaffected by opinions and critics, contant people, moving to the beat of their own hearts, enjoying eachother and themselves for the simple fact of being...

What a day that would be, mmm, maybe I am losing my mind...
Are we afraid to be true to ourselves? what is this crazy social pressure? it changes faster then the seasons, its impossible to keep up, it's a suicidal quest! I'm dropping out, I believe we are capable of being equally strong, passionate and hungry for personal achievement, that we can do it for the pure love of doing, living, letting it out and keep on driving down the road, the path which is personally ours.

I think all this containment is what keeps us losing our minds, having heavy hearts and sick relationships, being nice, what is that all about? why not just being true, for once!

You know, sometimes I wonder why are we here, why we wake up in the morning or after noon or the middle of the night asking ourselves why, why our we here doing the things we do?! have you ever felt like that?

mmm...

I know for sure that I am not as strong as I used to be, actually I don't know anymore about when or where I was stronger or weaker, dose it really matter? dose anyone watch us with a strength meter? checking if we pass the bar, ridicules, everyday is different, everyone is different, life is organic, one day I am high on life and one day I cant even get out of bed!

it's like I am on a weird experiment of the self, going high, going low, learning about myself and letting go, finding god and losing it all again and wake up sad and by the end of the day I feel alive and special, some days take forever and some pass by like minutes, sometimes I wonder why I take so much in when I know nothing here will last, no point on lifting weights on our hearts...no point...we must be easy....we must....many things are going to happen and change and we need to have nothing on us but smiles and lightness...

I tell you, living alone far from home is amazing, scary and full with emotional rollercostars, I will never change a thing about my choices in the past, I will always be able to see the positive side of things, I can feel a shift of personality, my anger is fighting but I am stronger, I have no need for it anymore...

life is a process, a case study if ever you had one, a quest of personal adventure, a river of choices, one drop at a time...

So, don't lift weights over your heart, it is better off as it is..light and pumping free...

'No impact man' is a simple man who woke up one morning and decided to stop pointing the finger at the world and start taking personal actions about ones impact on the environment. 'no impact man' can be anyone, it can be you and it can be me and I do believe most of us do care about our environment and health. it's a personal choice to change ones life and for me it's a crucial choice once one is aware of his surrounding and the simple fact is that we don't have another home planet. this is it and if we don't take care of it we will surly end up in a very very dark

So, who is 'No impact man'? well, his name is Colin Beavan and until a few days ago I had no idea about his existence, with the help of his family, friends and co workers Colin decided to make a documentary titled "No impact man" which will embark on a personal project of clean living and minimizing his impact as much as his possible can.

The film is overwhelming and very real in it's essence, the fact the we barely notice how much waste and energy we use on a daily basis is alarming and the idea to change our way of living is easier said then done. Still, I don't think we have a choice, we must change and wake up to the sound of the universal alarm clock, I know it requires us to give up a few precious forms of comfort but for the sake of the next generation to come, it has to happen.

check Colin's Blog 'No impact Man Blog', it is very honest and it will help you get an idea about your environment and our impact on it. You should also check the film, it's pretty good and it will defiantly make you think about your actions and reactions.

Right, this is a warning, do not read this, you might find something you might like, so, if you want to join in on a passionate emotional roller costar, then, read.

My heart as of this very moment is broken, smashed, demolished, deformed and colorless.
It is no longer a part of my body, it is dead, it is empty and a complete waste of space in my ever burning chest, I am simply waiting for it to vanish completely before I do. one of us will fade away and the other will follow behind. it's a match made in hell and I am on my way to heaven to meet my maker only to see her from outside the gates, for I never had the key to enter, I never had a chance...

ok, now that I got your attention, let's talk about creative writing.
everything I just wrote is true but no longer applied, I simple closed my eyes and took my memories and emotions to a very dark place of my existence, for a second, I was actually there and indeed, death would be a gift but, lucky for me, I am completely fine at the moment, and so is my heart, I just wanted to share something very personal with you, I also wanted to show you that we are all in a position to remind ourselves of our dark or bright past and powerfully enough we can remember and experience events that happen and are now long gone, we can bring them back and I am sure you are doing this a few times a day, do you remember a painful moment? a blissful one? I know you do.

My point is, you are the master of your mind, the guard of your thoughts, you can swim in old memories until they will cloud your awareness completely, you will live in the past, you will be far away from here and from us, you will be gone in your own little prison of choice or, you can look back from a different perspective and realize that past is past and right here, right now is pretty much all you got, so, why spend any more time on bringing back sadness or happiness if you can create a fresh, real experience right this very moment?

Indeed, a good question is on the table.
My trick is to write, to meditate, to think, to paint, to click on this and that, to talk, to share, to run and hide and eventually pop right back and.....most of all....let go. how will I ever fill my hunger for new experiences if all I do is swim in the past? how will I ever learn if not by looking at the mirror and embrace the awareness of who I am? do you know who you are?

I can spend days writing things that will make you cry and love me or I can spend days writing things that make you love me and cry, what would you like? why do we cry? why do we love? is this a human thing? is this a proof of being alive? dose this bond us or split us apart?

I think I am a thinker.

So, I am a thinker.
I spend most of my time thinking, many spiritual souls told me ' Adi, you think too much!' which is a basic notion telling me to simply chill out and let things unfold naturally, this is a good advice but I also learned that by thinking I get to where I am and who I have become to be, who I am is what I think.
when you live alone for many years you find yourself thinking, thinking awareness, thinking about what you are thinking and actually taking the time to value and rethink what you think. you find time to dive into though, to see it in it's full spectrum of colors, to actually realize a thought and make it a visible form of existence. there is a saying that goes ' I think, there for I am' and to me that stands for everything I value.
all my choices, all my actions, all my feelings and the awareness of this world and my inner self, all of it started with a thought...and the more I think about it, the more refine my thought process gets and believe it or not, the more alive and aware I become...

so, I think I will continue thinking like that and get deeper and refine it until it will make sense to me and with a little luck I will be able to express myself to you and maybe, just maybe you will get my thoughts and start to trigger your own...

I'm swimming in tears.

O my sweet lord.
look, I am a sensitive spirit and it's been many years now since I started to look straight in the face of issues I never thought I would care when I was younger.
for the past decade I decided to change my life from been an ignorant little prick to an active human being with a positive attitude and a caring heart, this is taking me every minute of my time here on earth and I am not even close to be the man I dream to be or look in the mirror.
I care about many issues which most of the people around me simply look the other way, it breaks my heart on a daily basis to see how we as a collective amazing species can reach such a high level of self destruct, not to mention the globule environmental damage we are creating with pretty much every action we ignorantly do.

there isn't a day I don't cry for one rezone or another, mostly from shock and embracement of what I know and that I am only one here trying to simply, be good.

If you notice that some of my posts in this blog contain video clips about the world we live in, they are painful, shocking and very personal sides of truth reflected in different forms of self expression thru media, they are very important to me and many others they don't like the way things are going on this beautiful blue planet which either way you look at it, is it and always be our only home.

I notice that ignorance is a plague among us and many (just like myself many years ago) are blind by the main stream current of the secret agendas of the money manipulators. I for one cannot take it or hold my mouth and eyes closed pretending things just don't happen and that everything is going to be alright...i wont be able to live with myself knowing I know something and didn't do anything about it, to me, that is pissing into karmas eye! it will definitely come back to hunt me...i am sure about it.

so, again, as you can I am emotional about this, I am human under these masks, I am a soul that vibrates, I care. I know one a small percentage will care like I do or even be moved by the scenes I see in my mind, I know little about a lot and I spend time everyday to find out more and more about the truth and the masks covering it. I know no one will read this (crossing fingers hard!) or care about it but I cant just simply not write about it. If the people who did all those movies, or wrote those books, or songs or made their most power efforts to tell the world what they saw and experience would just simple give up then we will all be lost in an ocean of our own confusion, we will never learn about the world and the people in it, we will lost, blind...

so here I am again trying to share something.
I just saw a documentary titled 'the cove', it's a shocking powerful film, here is a little info about it: The Cove exposes the slaughter of more than 20,000 dolphins and porpoises in Taiji, Japan every year, and how their meat, containing toxic levels of mercury, is being sold as food in Japan and other parts of Asia, often labeled as whale meat. The majority of the world is not aware this is happening as the Taiji cove is blocked off from the public. The focus of the Social Action Campaign for The Cove is to create worldwide awareness of this annual practice as well as the dangers of eating seafood contaminated with mercury and to pressure those in power to put an end to the slaughter.

After seeing this I had to write what you just had read, watch this movie if you can. I know you are a very busy person but I am sure even you can take a minute to think about your daily actions and how they ripple your home and environment.

Why am I in love with Photography.

OK.

Don't know quite how to explain myself about this wide subject but I will give it a shot(get it? a shot?!?boy I need a girlfriend)...

I guess for me, the possibility to stop time and eternalize a moment is very powerful, like a superhero hidden force of some kind. I find it amazing, the idea of capturing a fragment of reality and stretch it's existence for further study. True, I do sound a little clever here, even for my own standers, don't worry, I shell expose myself fully.

I don't remember how I got into Photography or even when or where it happen, as far as I can remember, it all started yesterday or the day before I came into this world, maybe the day I realized I have eyes or the minute I saw something and wished I could look at it forever...

who really knows?!

What I do know is that I am obsesses with it, I cant stop clicking, I still think I am a little man, low self esteem and far far from being called a Photographer, don't worry, I will get over it one day. I notice that since I started traveling I had no way to communicate with the people I care about and even less options to show them what happened to me on my path of choice, that's where Photography started to make sense to me, if I cant tell them then maybe I can show them?
I realized that when something amazing happen to me the first person around me will get the full ensembled piece of story but the second and the third person will get a shorter version and so on and so on, until the story will pile itself up into a few lines with no expression on my face. Photography is perfect solution for this case, the picture is not a story but it can be an amazing continuance of that specific experience you wish to show and tell about, plus it saves me a lot of words and wasted time, they say one image worth a thousand words, and believe me, it's true! maybe even more, who's counting anyway?

When I was younger I had serious problems expressing myself to people, the words never seem to come out right, I guess I had deep problems with confrontations and so called 'feelings', as I grew I notice that I don't have to use words to tell people how I feel, I can use Art, Music and lately, yes, Photography! I found it's a brave way to share one's life and every shot I take means something to me, you can really peel me layer by later by looking at my photos, you can see how I title them and expose parts of myself to the world(my emotional state, not my body parts, well, maybe sometimes, if needed I will reach that level also).
I want to tell the world what I see and since I don't have time to talk to everyone all the time I use Photography to communicate. I find it's so easy to explain things by pictures, as a heavy dyslectic creature (I use a spell checker all the time, if I try to write this without it you would think I am 9 years old...mmm, maybe 7!) I find it much easier to just show you want I mean then to try to blast everything with words and hand gestures...

so, are we starting to understand each other? good!

life goes by pretty fast, damn fast if you ask me, have you ever cried looking at a movie? a special moment that reached your heart? all the way down to the core? have you ever felt so happy while listening to a song? something you cant explain but simply triggered an emotional reaction that moved you? well, that is what I am all about and everything I do is to reach that reaction, I am here on earth to move you and I expect you to do your best to move me...if the only way I know we are here, alive.

So Photography for me is a tool to move, to get you closer to your inner feelings, a tool for you to see me in shades you didn't even know exist, it a way for me to show you how I see you, how you effect me, how this world unveil itself to me, I want you to understand me and I will do what ever it take, it's true that I don't expect you to get me or my art but you cant blame me for giving it my best shot, right? it's like an addiction for clarity, an addiction to be appreciated maybe, my gosh, you see how I opened up here...my god, writing is a blessing in disguise.

I know I can write more and more about Photography (I'm sure in the future I will go even deeper on this) but, I notice now that it's only a tool, a tool to be understood, a vessel of self expression, a means to an end of a starting point that can connect me to you and the rest. There is no better or worst photographer and no matter how good or bad your gear is (and trust me, I feel super small when I bump into a photographer with lenses that are bigger then a subway sandwich and always and I do mean ALWAYS feel like a kid with a broken toy in a sandbox full with kids with the newest toys, I know, low self esteem, thank god I don't let this get to me too much!) , it's all about the moment, the click and the ripple effect it cause on a personal basis, that is why you too can reach that level, in any form of self expression, personally I want to know who I am and the fact that I can find out about myself with different form of expression makes me wake up in the morning...

We all win here, the object and the man behind the cam(unless of course you use your art to lower someone else's existence, sadly this also is a form of self expression but I am not really sure it's a positive one or bring fruits, who am I to judge anyway, I am 7 years old!).
Nothing lasts, even photos fade, and no one can stop time, I guess photos do stop it for a short moment, creating history as we go deep into the future, I do know that we are incharge of our emotions and we can go back to each part and bring back joy or pain, I use photography as a trigger to my awareness and Hoping that one day someone will figure me out...

Right.
I live in a little room attached to a music studio out here in the woods in a little village called Saint - Colomban, Quebec(which is in Canada, Google it!).
Now, to most of you, that last line meant absolutely nothing!
So let me explain, i moved here about a year ago from the Netherlands (that's in Europe!!! Google it!), now, I can write an hour about my life there but I think it's too much for one reader! slowly but surly I will open up to you about my life but for now all you need to know is that I wanted a change and Canada sounded like the perfect medical solution! and it did...or did it?
Anywho, I got here because my band (spoonliquor, Google it!) decided to record it's first album in this music studio I have mention before, and we did, when we finished they when back to the Netherlands and I decided to move here, I fell in love with this place, or maybe I had enough of my life back in Europe, only god knows! The idea was that they will come one day, that day is still pretty vague but, well, I am still here...or am I?

so, what a boy to do? I guess I started to simply fill my time with the things that make me happy, and creative (signs of fear of being bored maybe?), and today I found myself sitting for an hour staring at the sun, letting it melt on my face, looking outside the studio window, looking at all the white and woods around, looking....looking...doing nothing but breathing....

Felt very much alive and out of my element, felt bloody good and for some rezone, I forgot where I was or the point of it all, I guess you can call it peace or bliss or eternal connection or maybe just a good vibration....

so, I decided to shear it with you, nobody you. how lucky you are right?
what I have learned from this experience is that it's really not important where you are or how far (or close) you are from your dreams. Bitterness, anger, envy, sadness, all of that nonsense can melt, melt and fade away with a blink of an eye, the point it, you need to make it go away, no one else will do it for you, it's very personal, and very powerful if you think about it...

I notice that I spend too much time swimming in waste thoughts, really, what's the point? none! The fact that everything melted in the sun was a beautiful form of awareness to me, it also melted my dreams and desires which felt even better then the melting of my negativities...kind of a freedom only a true soul can be aware of...once again, it felt good.
The fact that I am in full control on this feeling made me happy, the face that I don't even need the sun to reach this awareness made me peaceful, the face that everything melts and that I don't need to reach a specific level of struggle or fame made me contact, made me enjoy the moment...

made me be here, now!

so, that's that.

now what?...................I tell you what, sharing! that's what!

I now have realized that I have this blog for 4 years, my gosh how time flies.
as I looked into my blogging I notice that I post many links that impressed me concerning the world we live in, this is all good but it's not really writing about me personally now is it?
true! it's not, so, I guess I think I should start writing more a little about myself, honestly I don't think anyone read this but lately many people told I should write, like, really write since they read pieces of my mind and they believe I might get somewhere doing it more often...

A real must see. This documentary lays down facts, figures, and themes regarding the state of the planet in a very accessible way. As a previous reviewer said, it is more "intense" than an Inconvenient Truth, but I hardly think any of the concepts presented are hard to take in - in fact, due to the number of interviews, the film manages to take the viewer through a range of issues regarding the state of the planet, without ever losing focus of its basic message - that we must do something NOW. Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not
result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence
the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy... Surgery can also cause cancer
cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

WHAT CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very sma ll amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to no urish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.
Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the
body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

Sometimes, as the dawn creeps in on me I end up diving deep into sites I would never collide while I am fully awake. Today is one of those days, I love it when I suddenly click click on a site site and before I know it I am flushed with info and images that simply sparks my mind and heart and make me want to create and express myself and specially share with others what I just found. So, what do we have here today? Good bloody question, I found a great little video clip about David Carson, one of the pioneer's of today's graphic design movement. Truly inspiring... check it out!

Every now and then a friend of mine from the other side of the world sends me a link of an item that moved him or her, that link sparked something with in them and they choose to take the time and spread their thought and emotions regarding that event. I decide to take my precious time and embark on an adventure which will connect us to a higher meaning of relationships. This bonds us and make us wonder about how souls connect and interact.

Today a dear friend took the time to send me a link to an on-line powerful documentary about the interlinks between Christianity, 911, education, media, The Federal Reserve and much much more. the movie titled ’Zeitgeist - the spirit of time’ and it’s a document which was first aired on Google video on December 2007 and already won The best documentary award in the Artivist film festival in Hollywood 2007.

Zeitgeist, produced by Peter Joseph, was created as a nonprofit expression toinspire people to start looking at the world from a more critical perspective and to understand that very often things are not what the population at large think they are.

I watched the movie and was deeply inspired to think about many issues going on in my head, I do not take sides I only represent myself in this meter and I do think we have much to learn about the world we live in and the way we do (so called) ‘business’. The movie has been remastered and is fully on-line thanks to our dear friends at Google Video. So, take some time off your busy life and sit down with a proper cup of tea and watch the movie for I assure you, it will give you something to ponder off…

Knee deep in snow and sun. SpoonLiquor Canadian experience...

Right.

I have been wanting to write about our experience of the Canadian vibration since the first day we landed in Montreal but, I have been so drifted away from the computer that it actually felt hard to sit down and turn it on...Funny that back in Rotterdam I have no problem sitting day and night writing and designing my styles, here, I find the silence and peacefulness so powerful, I simply can't find the time to express myself on-line...quite an impressive experience I must say...

Anywho...we have been here for almost 3 weeks now, it's one of the most powerful rides into sounds and vision I ever been in. Chilling in a wicked beautiful house in St. Colomban (which is about one hour drive north from Montreal city, somewhere in the Quebec region), Knee deep in country side, snow all around us, trees everywhere and sweet beautiful stillness..I love it.We felt at home on the first day, the vibe here is unique and delightful, It's been a long time since I've been so relaxed and refreshed... When I walk to my place of sleep after a long hard day of musicial explosions I stop sometimes in the middle of nowhere just to listen to the pure silence that surrounds me...it's deafening, the total atmosphere of nothingness clears my mind and heart and I can really feel the movement of time as everything become still...

Our day is pretty simple, we wake up early, have some tea and bagels and go straight to the studio to make music, from sun rise till stars sets. Our first week here was more of 'getting the feeling of what's up!' we took road trips, got to know the family and friends and look around with amazement of how people and society exists in a place we haven't been before... the souls here are magical, the Canadian vibe is welcoming and intellectually entertaining, it's true about people not locking their doors here, people simple live here with passion of creation and not in fear or the unknown... it's super cold but the sun shines almost everyday and the beauty of it all just makes you want to hug something or someone and make the best of it. I believe we couldn't have gotten a better deal, we have the studio for ourselves which gives us full control over the creation department, it's refreshing to have such power, we are truly blessed. feels like divine intervention, as if all roads lead to making this adventure as powerful and explosive as possible, music wise and personal vibes.

Don't get me wrong that everything is cream cheese, bagels and hockey. we have hard days too, we are all financially broke and time is running out on us and we would really REALLY want to make this the best album ever. somedays we try new things and they crash like zeppelins and somedays we come up with unreal new sounds that would make you flip your lid. We never been so close to each other since the band started many years ago, actually only now I am starting to get to know my band members, the ability to make music everyday is one of the best feeling I ever had in my life, it's also sometimes pretty hard on the mind too, constant attention to details and the drive for perfection sometimes gets you off track and makes you forget the big picture. still, me are truly making magic here and capturing it on tape. it's beyond words... beyond I tell'yha!

so, we got about 10 more days here, and we shifting gears into a higher groove. personally, I never sang better and we are all making totally improvement of every note we ever invented, copied or pasted. We push each other to the maximum capacity of our own abilities.This album will rock your boat and will make you shade a tear of joy and sadness of beauty and life changing vibrations, or, it will simply suck globule ass! anyway you look at it, it makes us stronger and that means that it's good!!! and good it what we are all about.....more news coming soon...

Man I love Mondays!
I guess for me Monday is like a start of something, like the first of the month or the first day of a new year, I guess it's always a good thing to start fresh on something. For me Mondays are the best day to get things done for the whole week, most people I know can't move shit on Monday since they need it to recover from a hard core Sunday! I work 24hours a day and 7 days a week so for me Sunday is just another day of work except most people I know are not around and sleeping from a hard core Saturday!! Man I used to rave too...

Mondays Mondays, what can I say... A good Monday for me will fix my whole week since I use it to simply plan my life! It's true that mostly everything falls apart in the middle of the week but that is why Wednesday was invented! to fix the shit that didn't work out on Monday!

Dear Friends of the Kikar,

I am writing you from a far corner of the earth, several years after retirement, and with mixed emotions. Although I can still walk, I do suffer from a dislocating shoulder, two herniated disks, and a bad hip – chronic pain galore, and I’ve also been told that there is something wrong with my brain. I blame skateboarding for all of these. Yes, let us remember the Kikar’s medical costs. Who can forget those wonderful trips to the hospital? Hi everyone, I’m Ilan, and I’m a skateboarding addict. I didn’t have to suck dicks in order to skate, but not being able to walk more than two kilometres without pain is a big cost to pay. It is because of this that a part of me hates skateboarding, and the Kikar, which for me mean the same thing.

However, as with any recovering addict, I still miss the high. Going through what you fuckers wrote brought back a lot of good memories. The Kikar was my home after all – I too had the privilege of guarding its hallowed grounds. In those few years when my generation reined, I doubt anyone could have loved such an ugly piece of architecture more than we did. You and I were there for hours every day. When we had to go home to sleep, we would dream about skating there. When winters came and the Kikar was flooded, we skated on the higher ground, and between the puddles. We always guarded it. Its true, you could skate there alone. But even when there was nobody there, we had our guards. We could trust Arad to keep an eye from his watch-tower (also known as Mom’s kitchen, yum I can almost taste the pasta). Or else Ron would watch from Steven’s while munching on a couple of family-sized pizzas. The Kikar was the center of our lives – it had power and it changed us. For us the Kikar was sacred, it was our Axis Mundi, the literal center of our world, where heaven and earth meet. When the years passed, and time came to nurture a new generation to take the reins of power, we were happy, and we carried out our duties with love.

It would be impossible for me to recount all the special memories I have from the Kikar that survived my years of smoking. I would like to mention just a few. Where to begin is easy: RON. Ron was dipped in the waters of the Kikar just after birth. As he grew up he was fed on a diet which consisted of the sand, grass, and broken glass of the Kikar. Ron was never far away from the Kikar, and preferred to sleep there whenever possible on a nest he built on one of the trees. When all of us had to skate uphill to reach the Kikar, struggling against gravity and dangerous pedestrians, Ron’s skateboard would carry him there effortlessly, as if he was sitting on an invisible ski-lift. Ron scraped his flesh on every inch of the Kikar. His blood still sits there now. Ron was a true innovator in those days. He showed us that it was possible to skate without a tale. Or without four wheels: you could skate with three, or two, or even just one wheel. You could even skate with broken trucks, or a broken board. You could even skate with half a board, or even barefoot, without wheels or trucks, on a broken board! All this was second nature to Ron – a true skater if ever there was one. These lessons taught us that a skateboard was not necessary. Skateboarding is in the heart, in the mind, and in the blood. This lesson serves us well in retirement.

The Kikar was also an open but very distinguished club – a club of friends. To be a member there was only one requirement: you needed a skateboard. Even if you were a little piece of Lego playing shit, if you had a skateboard, we would accept you as our own and mould you in our image. I recollect several instances where a kid would arrive to the Kikar with his Mommy, his pants up to his neck, thick glasses, and snot running down from his nose. But – and this is a big but – he had a skateboard! Quickly we would bring him in and instruct him on Ollies and proper decorum. This nerd, who had a horrible life in front of him, was now given self-respect and confidence. He was cool, with a positive outlook on life, and a great bunch of friends. The Kikar saved him. I know this to be true: I too was one such nerd. There were others who will recognize themselves in my words. For us the Kikar meant family.

The Kikar gathered around it a very creative group. The Kikar was a creative outlet, which nurtured our creativity, and channelled it into positive directions, until we were free to unleash it on the wider world. We realized over the years that every one of us was creative, talented, and different. Many of us were good with drawing, painting and the like. Being able to practice our skateboarding art, sometimes in solitude, for hours a day, perfecting our skills and always attempting to break new ground, attempting to land the impossible; and being a part of a subversive subculture, all this kept our minds open, ready, and willing to be different, to create, to be who we are today. I doubt that our creativity would have been nurtured if we played soccer instead. Think about it, without the Kikar we would have all been frustrated wife-beating accountants.

The Kikar was a place of enormous joy. It was very hard not to smile in the Kikar. I think smiling was the normal facial expression there, even though, as we all know too well, it saw more than its fair share of contorted faces screaming in agony. When we were not skating we were having a laugh, or planning some ingenious ploy to have a laugh. I remember doing 101¼ rounds of non-stop driving around the Kikar with Arad just because Rafi did 80. Do you remember the Anti-Ars Association’s midnight raids? Blowing up the sprinklers with the firecrackers? Nothing was off limits. We were a depraved lot – living la dolce vita without a care in the world. You had no trouble when you were in the Kikar. The outside world with all its worries was erased. We achieved Zen in our wheelies – pure being. And when we rested, camaraderie kept us high. Skateboarding is not a zero-sum-game. There is no opposing team to win: no one to outdo. We were truly in it together.

The Kikar was a circus, and we were its performers. We often drew the attention of onlookers. Sometimes one or two, sometimes a cheering crowd of dozens – cheering us to further risk our life and limb. Young skaters beware: Injuries usually occur when there is a good looking Bettie watching! Do you remember the old man who couldn’t believe that the skateboard is not attached to our feet? We had to slowly explain to him the physics of the ollie, with several demonstrations, for him to believe us. And I’m sure you will all remember those annoying “show us a trick” kids. We all enjoyed a good performance. But that wasn’t what drove us. The leader of our sport calls it progression. But I always had problems with that term. It is hard for me to put it into words. No matter, we all felt it when it happened. When we landed something that we have been labouring on for weeks. When we did a long combination of tricks without screwing up. When we cheated gravity by staying in the air one fraction of a second longer. We knew it alright.

The Kikar was a place of pilgrimage. Like the great Olympia, distinguished athletes would come to the Kikar from all corners of the country in their search for skateable concrete. We would welcome them with open arms, with what we call skaters’ solidarity. Oh’ yes, another warning for young skaters: If you just bought a falafel and a skater is walking towards you with a big smile talking about skaters’ solidarity, but looking at your falafel, tell him you will leave him some at the end. Don’t fall for his trick. Spitting on the falafel doesn’t work: he will eat half of it anyway.

The Kikar was a house of pain. The spills that come to mind right now are Asi “ata ba la-rampa” Lubin’s half somersault from the launch ramp landing on his head. That was a good laugh (Asi don’t get me wrong, I love you man, but that was a fucking good crash). Ron’s triple or quadruple shiners. The time I landed on a little girl. Her poor dad must have shit his pants. There were numerous skateboards in the balls – that’s always a good laugh. The time I crashed on my shoulder. That was really too much. I think I repressed a lot here. Perhaps you could refresh my memory.

The Kikar was also a nuisance. Were you there when the old lady came down to beat us with her rod? She had some balls on her. We had a good laugh, but we should have been more sympathetic. I think we gave her a heart attack because I never saw her after that. The sad truth is that we were very noisy. We gave the neighbours of the Kikar a lot of grief, and we made the Kikar even uglier – a real eyesore. But we all know that these problems can be solved without banishing the skaters. A visionary town council would realize it, but even a normal one, full with the usual gang of dimwits, could be made to understand it.

We always knew that the Kikar was too good to be true. Several of us had nightmares where the Kikar was destroyed and made unskateable. Town councils came and went, but we were always there, if not in body then in spirit. Even today when I visit I always come to the Kikar. Even when I’m just driving through I check it out, looking out for skaters. I don’t care if I don’t skate it ever again. Today I look at the Kikar, perhaps like a gold-medallist would look at the arena where he stood at his moment of triumph. If that arena was now torn down, it will also tare a piece of his heart with it. The Kikar was my home, my family, my sacred space. It was where, for many years, I experienced my greatest heights and my deepest lows. I grew up there, met my friends there, and said my goodbyes there. I’m sure several of you would feel the same. So many of us were touched by the Kikar. So many skateboarding generations, for so many years. I would want this to continue. There are more kids who need the Kikar.

So should the Kikar be changed? To that I emphatically answer YES! It needs its sewage system cleaned so that it will actually work in winter, and it wouldn’t flood. It needs some holes filled, and some tiles re-laid. Some areas of sand and grass are clearly not functional for skating and should be changed. Although I do thinks that some grass to lounge on should be kept. It needs some shaded areas, and a water fountain. It needs cleaning more often because some neanderthals enjoy braking glass bottles on the floor. Generally, it needs more maintenance, like every good skate-park deserves. For all of these, I think skaters would agree not to skate between two and four in the afternoon and after, say, nine at night? Skateboarding is an established sport. There are numerous basketball and soccer fields in Ramat-Hasharon. But there is only one Kikar. I applaud you for fighting for it.

Mr.Bungle and the meaning of Sounds...

I'm going into my old school music resample search quest of suddenly I found my favorite Mr.Bungle first CD, before I knew it I was jumping all over again, checked the www.cdnow.com to see what people think about the album and to my astonishing surprise a fine man wrote exactly what happen to me when I first head the album, so instate of trying to make it up I just simply going to copy paste what he wrote !!! I can't explain it more then that..it's like the words came out of my own mouth...

Here we go:

This record has destroyed my fragile little mind., May 8, 2000Imagine the following situation: Its 1991, Mr. Bungle is suggested to me from my brother, who is currently discovering cool music in college. I'm in ninth grade. That night while doing my homework, I popped in Mr. Bungle. I remember everything up to this point very clearly.
The next hour is gone.
What I do remember is the true Fear that I felt when the album stopped spinning and I came to. Fear of how closed minded my musical sense was. Fear of what I didn't know or understand. My head hurt. How could someone have even thought up this delightfully evil music? Who was this Vlad Drac fellow and what planet was he from? The only reasonable explanation at the time was that I had witnessed the music of Satan, himself.
So, I quickly called all of my friends and within days, I distributed about 20 more copies of Mr. Bungle throughout my high school. To say the least, it affected us all on a life-changing level.
Granted, I was at an impressionable age but Mr. Bungle changed the way I look at everything in the music industry. Once tolerable, Bungle has proven that the Top 40 is completely worthless. Music isn't for fun anymore. I can't apprecite it unles it affects me both mentally and phsyically. Bungle has raised the bar on what I consider worthwhile. A catchy tune will never be enough again.
I have a bitter sweet love for Mr. Bungle. They forced my mind to expand long before it was ready. I really wish that I could sit in my car and bob my head to the latest Matchbox 20 song, or makeout with some Celine Dion blasting in my living room, but I can't.
Mr. Bungle, thank you for pounding the last nail into my pop culture coffin.

...2007 and the rest of my life!

It's the first time in my life that I actually went to sleep on 22:00 PM on December 31 2006, yes! I'm such a punker that I decided to simple doze off into 2007 in a dream style and not in an over paid, overrated ridicules public social event.

It's true that I woke up at 00:00 when world war 3 happen outside my doorstep and all over the land, what a wonderful display of ammunition, what a waste of good money and what a horrifying river of noise. I felt back in Vietnam, looked like a regular afternoon in central Baghdad...and the smell, truly a unique gun powder aroma...

Anyway, it's about 00:36 and I'm sitting here in front of my favorite piece of machinery and I'm writing a blog while pretty much everyone I know is outside celebrating and so on and so on..this year it's a bit different for me.

I had a very powerful mind breaking meditation early on today and I really came up with a clear vision of how I should continue my life on earth, I realise that I want to change many things, well..not that many but defiantly some issues which I have been boggling with for many many years now..i found out that if I won't find the strength to make a change now, I probably never will, that thought alone made me feel weak and lost. I didn't like that feeling, even if I knew it so well.

So I decided to let go of social pressures and stand up for what I think is best for me, I done it before but never on such a special event, a date which by god means we all know that it's a must to celebrate, to rave and be merry. Truth is, The day don't mean a thing, just because it's on the calendar followed by a lunar cycle and everybody follows it don't mean you must do too! I realise that I can party and feel happy every day, I can celebrate and make new resolutions any day of the year, and on the 31 of December I can sleep or party like never before, it really doesn't meter.

Honestly I picked this day specially since the past few weeks I have been going nuts about my life and the way I wish to take it to the next level, yes! I do see levels in one's life, I sure do see levels in my own life, like a staircase going up, even if sometimes I feel like I'm falling it's still falling up. I choose this day because it's easy, it's convenient and I'm sure I'm not the only one. A new year, put the old one aside, pretty easy date to fix things in your life, well, you better have determination because you will need it.

The changes I want to make are not for the next 365 days, I want them to be for as long as I live, so I guess I will need a much bigger pile of strength and determination that I though. The point is to start, to have the main idea of a change, to move forward and simply not give up! I know it's too easy to say it then to actually do it, but I believe it's possible, specially after seeing it happen in my life quite a few times..

I think it's called faith in oneself...god could be involve also on this, so you better believe in something..

It's almost 1:15 in the morning and the fire squad is still exploding outside but the feeling of happy happy joy joy is fading away, people getting back to their lives, maybe with a Huge hang over building up for tomorrows morning or simply being shit faced already, maybe some only start to enjoy themselves after the 12:00 o'clock rush and maybe some didn't even leave the couch. My life looks the same as before, but something inside of my feel a bit different, some weird sense of self is growing, some awareness of being, some responsibility of my own thoughts and actions..it's small but it's bigger then an hour ago..i think it's me, the real one this time, the soul...i think I'm on the right track for a change..i think this will be a turning point in my so called life...i think this is it..I guess only time will tell...

... I guess after using so much drugs at the end I just don't need it anymore, and I found out once my brain has opened it's 3rd eye I can't go higher with drugs anymore...it backdraft on me...so I guess my karma with drugs is quite over...sweet.
There where times I was so hooked on it that I didn't see the light, I didn't even knew there was a light..I knew one day will come and it will start to change..i love change, shows me that things are moving, shows me that life can be altered to so many directions in which a special strong soul can move to...makes me stronger just thinking about that..
Recentner oneself is the best ! I do it once or twice a day, I must..there are so many things I wish to accomplish that I would go nuts if I didn't chill myself and check myself before I rack myself, Yo!
I must say that I think you are a very wise soul, not many on earth these days, at least not many that take the time to look behind the mirror and see if the picture works for them, I see great future in those who have their eyes open..i truly do..
As for being a vegi...probebly the smartest thing I did (after stopping drinking alcohol !!!) It made me apprise simple food, it made me learn to cook and see the beautiful world of vegetables and fruits...i never been more healthy in my life..i love cooking ! So much fun...and the energy you get once you cook with love...super power !!! this is the best time of my life...i worked for it, I pray for it and I made it happen, none of this would work if I didn't believe in myself, and believing and communication with god made me have faith and hope even when I was down and drowning ! I'm so in love with life and so aware about death and life after all this nonsense brain fucking, I'm so into eternal energy and hidden magic, true that I feel alienated most of the day but I do feel connected in a real strong vibe to this place and it's souls..i know karma very well...so I take care with my business on earth...i'm going to heaven no matter what !

what's my next project !?? well, working at the tattoo art studio will give me plenty of work..making designs and T shirts, updating the site, networking...i hope it will be the bomb and it will bring good clients and new friends...some cash would be sweet too...
I'm totally fixing my life now, cleaning the soul, the house, my mind and heart...it's this time of year! I'm uploading my movies to my video page and also Youtube simply because I have so many visual projects and they are not on-line..so many people know me from my visual work and all my videos are not on-line ! Not anymore...
Got a gig with my band on the 13, with another wicked band called Noblesse ! They are rocking..we will blow that place away, what a great way to start the year, Rock&Roll baby...
So I'm also will be fixing my Myspace and my bands space..i'm making a DVD promo for my band with wicked clips and funny visuals to send it world wide... I'm going to build some more website for my friends the artists, singers and writers that started to see the potential of having an on-line portfolio, myspace really boosted the need for networking skills and when you have it..it fucking works !!!
I also going to start working with a modeling agency, taking photos and building sites...i need to find models to ask prices so I will know how much a model takes for a photoshop and such..let me know if you know something..
I guess playing gaiter till my fingers bleed and writing new songs will be a new daily thing noq...i also going to stop smoking on the 01, not that I smoke that much (1 cigi per day!)...maybe become celibate for a while..did that for a few years..my god I was so into everything when I was doing that...i want more experience, more knowledge and more chilling life...i'm going to dive back into my stones and the healing process...do more diving into reading all those books that collecting dust on my table, writing a blog so I can get all these nonsense of my back...no more kaka!

Right....

Can't sleep, again.

Started the day at 7:00AM with HOT COCO! Finally, it's funny that I want to have hot coco every morning but I never wake up in the morning and I never have milk. It's even more funny that I have a shop right around the corner but god knows I will never leave the house to go and get some. The even more more funny funny thing is that when I finally do take the time and courage to go and get milk, it sits in my fridge for exactly the right time for it to go bad! And it will be the same moment when I actually decide to make me a cup of hot coco!!!

Anywho, I think I have a tumor. The pain in my head is growing and some days it's hard to get to sleep or even thing straight, it's like there is a screwdriver stuck in my eye, and it's rusty and it's spinning. I don't know if it's my contact lens gone bad or my glasses not being updated for at least 3 years or the fact that there is no air in the house since everything is wide shot because it's freaky cold outside or because I wear a hoddy on my head all the time or because I don't eat at all or because I'm looking at 2 or 3 screens simultaneously for days on days or maybe it's because I started to smoke cigarettes without filters, straight up cancer! I think it's all of the above, all in one and one for all!

This has to stop...i wand to get a proper sleep, a proper cup of coco, no headaches, new glasses, some breakfast, air and a healthy strong spirit ! I know I can do this, I've done it before, all I need to do is to make the decision final, then I'll be moving forward and not backwards like I think I am, then I will be able to get my wings back, god knows I want them so bad...

...I think I'll open my porch door and let some fresh freezing air in, deiced about how I'm going to fix my life and fix me a cup of hot coco!

...It's 17:00 o'clock and I just woke up! My internal and biological clock is going upside down, I have no idea what's going on with me but I can't stop feeling this enormous energy flow all over me.

The past few weeks I have been running back and forth in bed at 5AM trying to get to sleep but can't simply because my brain is washing me with dozens of great ideas and projects I wish to do.

Sometimes it's just too much, I mean I can't sleep! I think it happen last year also, every end of year I suddenly have this rush to fix my whole life in a couple of days, to rebuild everything that I broke and Aline my personal agenda along side with the universal one....

This year I feel it more then ever. I want to do so much, there is so many things I can become better in, there are so many ideas and dreams I think I can actually bring to life and make them come true... This situation drives me nuts....going to sleep at 7AM and waking up at 16:00 ?!? What's that all about ?

Man I cant wait for the first of January, I will feel so much better....clean mind, clean body, clean spirit..i will rise like a burning phoenix...I have seen it...thats why I can't sleep and can't wake up right, it's like judgement call on me. I feels like I must close the book of everything that brings me down before it will take to a place I only visit in my darkest nightmares. I must call quiets on all the chains whether it's smokes, meat, sex, drugs, alcohol, self disrespect, sadness, ego, lust, anger, greed, attachments and everything that just don't feel right anymore...

Well, I never thought I was smart but I do think I'm pretty clever finding out more and more about life by just looking from a far....

You are the smart one among us! You are so smart I think sometimes it hurts. That's why I think you try to fill your life with little things that will make you happy for a very short time while the big things are always under the table waiting for you to finally pick them up, along with your beautiful life that is waiting for you to become so powerful and great and talented and unique and special and strong and amazingly divine in god's eyes...

...maybe I'm a fool for seeing this in almost everyone I meet and maybe it hurts me more then everyone else when I see souls throwing their gifts away like it was yesterdays trash...maybe I worry too much...i mean, karma has a different path for each one of us... Still....i can't help seeing wings of beautiful souls and I feel like a criminal not telling them...

...Right...

So, Ive been working like a mad dog making visuals for an event tonight, an urban culture festival.I got another event tomorrows night also ! That means that I have been working like a doggy on my computer for the past 3-4 days none stop. Yes, I know...it's insane but it is possible. believe me, it's possible.

Anywho, doing that will sometimes give you a hell of a headache since your spending day and night in front of moving screens, this is not healthy! Plus the fact that I'm so into the zone of making it that I forget to eat and take care of myself! Smart boy...

So now I have a mega headache, I'm going to my first visuals gig knowing that I have about 10 hours of hardcore work in front of me, then come back home at 6:00am to start working on the visuals for the same night which will also last till about 6:00..at the same time my computer has been infected with a nasty hijacker which mess my internet connection and make thing disappear from my desktop plus the nightmare I had from my 2 hour sleep a few hours ago about the girl friend I never had which betrayed me so cruelly in that dream that I'm thinking about joining a monastery, plus the fact that I'm going nuts over this nonsense Christmas madness that goes around me, what's with everybody ?!? Don't you know that you can rave and be merry EVERY DAY !!!...whaaa..man, it's painful just to write this !

So, basically what I'm saying is that I complain like a beach! And if I believe in Karma (which I truly do) then this is just another day and another test for my strength, so help me god for I will not let this bullshit take me down...

...I just realised something, What the Hell dose 'Control the Peace' means ? I always hear it in the news or when I'm watching a movie with police force in it, they always say 'we came to control the peace!', 'The police is here to control the peace', 'the army is here to control the peace!'....?!?

How exactly do one control peace ? Since when dose PEACE needs control ? When you have peace then you are peaceful, right ? Why would you need to control it, you are peaceful ! So why in the name would you come to control someone's peace ? Can someone explain this to me ? I don't get it...funny that at 5:47am I get thoughts like this....

Right !

I'm not going to try and impress anyone (living or dead!) , I'm not going to try to write my best pieces of literature, I'm not going to even care if you read this or not. (sad but not quite true..)

I'm only doing this because I found out that I have too many wicked (positive wicked ! not the scary witch hunt wicked !) ideas and thought that I always seem to have at 5:32AM when I'm under the covers and always saying to myself (deep inside my head not out loud, that would put me right next to Napoleon ! mad ! and what's with the hand anyway ?!?) but ending up forgetting it and only remembering that I had a great idea or a thought and all I can remember is that I should have made a Blog to write the damn thing !

So that is that ! deal with it.
